Meredith Vondran

Meredith Vondran is an associate attorney at McKoy Worob Averill Scott & Koenig LLP. Working with clients at all stages of their careers and across genres, Meredith’s practice focuses on music and entertainment industry transactions. She drafts and negotiates agreements related to recording and music publishing, including producer, mixer and guest artist agreements, and advises clients on legal issues in the music and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Meredith held roles at Kuhn Law Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Meredith graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University’s Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries. She earned her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City where her studies focused on music, entertainment and media law, as well as First Amendment issues with respect to the rights of privacy and publicity.
