Elad Bronstein

Senior Counsel

Elad Bronstein is Senior Counsel at McKoy Worob Averill Scott & Koenig LLP. He advises recording artists, producers, musicians, and songwriters with respect to a variety of music industry related transactional matters, including the drafting and negotiation of recording agreements, music publishing agreements, management agreements, and producer, mixer, and side artist agreements.


Mr. Bronstein began his legal career as an associate attorney at Serling Rooks Hunter McKoy Worob & Averill LLP before its evolution into MWASK. He earned his Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in information and intellectual property law at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he volunteered as a trained mediator with The New York Peace Institute through the law school’s renowned mediation clinic and apprenticeship program. During law school, he held internship positions at a boutique entertainment law firm as well as in the legal departments of SAG-AFTRA, FilmNation, and Sony Music Entertainment.


Mr. Bronstein also has musical composition and performance experience including performing with independent artists at local music venues such as Mercury Lounge, Bowery Electric, Pianos, and Rockwood Music Hall.
